Lila has always known they wanted to be in show business. From a young age, they have always done whatever they can to write silly songs or at least be the center of attention at all times. Their dream is to be a full-time singer and songwriter, and to go on tour to share their music with the world. For now, they are content recording original songs with friends in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the impeccable studio, Willis Sound. Having a professional place to record has made all the difference in the quality of their music, as opposed to being hunched over the computer for hours trying to figure out their father’s home equipment. This was how they wrote, recorded, and released their first album, “Conceptions & Conclusions” in 2021 under the name Delilah Deverre. This was a huge accomplishment but they didn’t stop there. In 2023, they released their first album under their own name, “Love Connection.” The album received a total of 1.6k streams that year, and they hope their newest album, “Tears of Joy” outperforms its predecessor.
